Marshall Parker, DC

Marshall Parker, DC graduated from Parker University with the class of December 2019 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. A student athlete for the University of Nebraska Men’s Basketball team under Coach Doc Sadler, Dr. Parker has experienced the work ethic and dedication it takes to succeed in athletics at the highest level. When his playing career was cut short by injury, it caused a shift in career trajectory. Influenced by the rehabilitation process of treating ruptured discs using non-surgical therapy including chiropractic care, a seed of needing to know more about this healing art was planted. The desire to help others resume their daily lives with little to no pain, and get back to hobbies and activities that bring fulfillment is what set in motion the journey towards what would become Parker Chiropractic & Wellness.

2020 was a year of great transition for Dr. Parker as it marked the beginning of both a move back home to Arkansas after completing his training at Parker University in Dallas, TX. The planning and construction process of building a state of the art clinic amidst the global pandemic created its own set of challenges, as did accepting a position as adjunct faculty in the OPP department of the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Sharing the passion and knowledge of manipulative medicine across disciplines has been a rewarding journey of professional growth, and a deepened appreciation of the role that hands on manual therapy plays in health and wellness.

2021 is a year of many first steps for Dr. Parker. In January, Dr. Parker proposed to Dr. Paige Phelan (she said YES!) and later that same day had the Grand Opening of the new clinic with family and friends! This is a year to make positive changes, let Parker Chiropractic & Wellness help you make this a year to remember!
